Southside Blooms

Southside Blooms is a farm-to-vase florist that also sells raw honey, honey candles, greeting cards, and holiday wreaths. Young men from some of Chicago’s toughest neighborhoods grow the flowers using solar power in organic gardens that once were vacant lots.

Fun fact: Sunflowers, tulips, and Asiatic lilies are just some of the flowers we offer at Southside Blooms.

Cause: Providing job training and creating sustainable employment for at-risk youth.
